Too Hot for the Boss!
Bill - You'll be happy to know that not only did I clean and wax the Boss for you.... but I also washed and waxed my Jeep tow vehicle.

All for you buddy ;)

J,

You done good and I plan on getting there Thursday night so I can go wash my Boss. I never wax it though, as 20 yards of clear bra don't really need to be shined up.

The U-Haul trailer is worthy of its own trophy.

Unfortunately, I won’t be able to make it. My car will be in the body shop (damn tire wall.)

But the good news is, I’m having it sprayed with go fast paint. ;)

Sorry to hear about the damage. Hopefully you can make next year's event.

What , you have 10 days , get that body shop in gear --- remember you are up to about a 12 pack of beer with everyone chipping in.

Plus two other 302s models are showing up!!

We have over 50 cars registered already! This is going to be a GREAT event. So far the weather looks very promising. The 10 day outlook goes out until next Thurday and the forecast high is 77 and sunny with a low of 50. 8)

We will have some takeoff Continental slicks for sale if anyone is interested and the local Ford dealership will be available to mount them up. We should have at least a couple sets of 285/645/18s and 2-4 305/650/18s. First come first served.

Do I get the beer if I show up with out my car? ;D

My car gets back from Ohio today, then it's off to the body shop. I still have to wait on the rear quarter panel though. Unfortulately, I just don't see how it gets done in time.

Here's a partial listing of the cars registered so far. There are 10-15 Shelbys from the Ponies on the Prairie group not included here, that will be part of the event

Very cool. Now if you could move that event East a little bit ;D
We can't move it East because you don't have chicken gizzards on the menu or relish trays on the table. :D Plus there's just something VERY cool and quirky and unique about having all these cool Mustangs and a bunch of Ford engineer enthusiasts going flat out on track cut through an alfalfa field 8)

Come on Gary, you could have actually shown a car (yours?) driving through the alfalfa :)

I don't see a cougar on the list. Are they not coming back this year? That was a cool car!
